Santa Clara, CA - April 2, 2002 - Noosh, Inc., (www.noosh.com) a leading provider of collaborative e-Business software solutions, today announced that the Honeywell Consumer Products Group has chosen Noosh to provide a web-based solution for managing graphic design and procurement of printed materials.  The Honeywell Consumer Products Group manufactures and markets FRAM® oil, air, transmission and fuel filters; Prestone® antifreeze coolant and car care products; Autolite® spark plugs; and Holts® car care products. The Noosh solution will help extend Honeywell's leading position in the industry by accelerating responsiveness to market demand and time-to-market, thereby improving growth while reducing costs.

Honeywell will use Noosh 5™ to help manage and procure sell sheets, catalogues, labels, and point-of-purchase materials.  The first phase of the implementation will focus on procurement processes and enable best practices to improve sourcing performance.  When fully implemented, the solution will help automate workflow among all key personnel involved in the multiple stages of the printed product lifecycle, from concept to completion. This includes internal and external teams involved in the creation, design, branding, legal approval, printing, and shipping of materials.

"We are excited to support Honeywell's vision to leverage digitisation in order to create competitive advantages," said Dave Hannebrink, Senior Vice President, Marketing and Business Development, of Noosh, Inc.  "The brands marketed by the Honeywell Consumer Products Group are synonymous with high quality and performance and we are proud to be working with this winning team."
