NOOSH WINS CROSSROADS 2001 A-LIST AWARD FOR BEST NEWLY PROVEN PRODUCT IN OPERATIONS AND FULFILLMENT CATEGORY

PALO ALTO, Ca., — February 6, 2001 — Noosh, Inc., (www.noosh.com) a leading provider of Collaborative e-Business solutions today announced that its flagship product, noosh.com has been awarded a place on the Crossroads 2001 A-List in the Operations and Fulfillment category. Noosh will be recognized at the Crossroads 2001 Conference to be held March 18-21, 2001 in Phoenix, AZ.

The Crossroads A-List Awards, which are based on in-depth customer interviews, recognize newly proven products and services that enable organizations to better address today's business opportunities and challenges.

"GE Capital uses the noosh.com service in 18 purchasing locations and we have used Noosh to manage orders with nearly 100 suppliers," said Jerry Marcus, Managing Director of GE Equity. "With a bias to fast deployment and their use of GE's Six Sigma quality tools, Noosh has proven to be one of our leading e-Commerce partners."

"Companies use Noosh to streamline their entire process for coordinating communications projects," said Nina Lytton, president of Open Systems Advisors and editor of the Crossroads A-List. "Noosh' collaborative tools improve decision-making enterprise-wide and help businesses strengthen the bottom-line. Noosh marries leading technology with sound business strategy, the mark of an A-List winner."

Products and services win a Crossroads A-List Award based on customer references from early adopters who have realized significant business results. More specifically, the awards:

— Jump-start business-technology teams on a shorter — yet more effective — technology evaluation and implementation cycle;

— Tell customers when a new product or service has proven its immediate business utility in the extended enterprise;

— Provide a credible third-party assessment of complex systems that cannot be duplicated in a lab environment;

— Identify lesser-known products and services with proven track records in large and/or rapidly growing businesses and trading communities.

"We are honored to receive this extraordinary accolade which validates our emerging leadership role in collaborative commerce," said Ofer Ben-Shachar, President and CEO of Noosh, Inc. "Noosh works with its customers to identify and solve real-world problems throughout the value supply-chain, and so we are extremely pleased to have our service recognized by the Crossroads 2001 A-List Award team."
