that customer transaction volume in the fourth quarter of fiscal
2000 grew nearly 50% to $24.1 million, from $16.1 million in the
third quarter of fiscal 2000. During the second and first quarter
of fiscal 2000, the noosh.com service processed $9.2 million and
$3.0 million respectively. Also announced today, was news that iSource
Magazine has recognized Noosh as one of the Top 100 Leaders in the
B2B supply-chain market. And, Noosh President and CEO, Ofer Ben-Shachar
was chosen as one of the Top 50 eProcurement Leaders for the year
2000 . Noosh will be demonstrating the award winning noosh.com service
at the iSource Summit in San Francisco, January 8-10, 2001 in Booth
#215.
"In just five quarters since our launch, our customers have enthusiastically
adopted noosh.com as a major component in their e-Business strategy,"

rapidly deploy Noosh and start to realize financial benefits in
time-frames much shorter than for other e-Business solutions."
In
fiscal 2000, over 50 buying organizations and nearly 250 print and
enterprise communications suppliers actively transacted business
using noosh.com. Currently, more than 2500 individuals from some
of the most prominent global 1000 companies have Noosh accounts.

grown at a 225% compounded quarterly growth rate. The service is
now used by 18 purchasing locations and we have used Noosh to manage
orders with nearly 100 suppliers," said Jerry Marcus, Managing Director

Six Sigma quality tools, Noosh has proven to be one of our leading
e-Commerce partners."
Thirteen print suppliers have processed transactions valued at over
$1 million through the noosh.com service in fiscal 2000 the
largest was ColorGraphics with $4.5 million in Noosh transactions.
