PALO ALTO, CA and GREENVILLE, SC- May 25, 2000 - Noosh, Inc.,
a leading provider of business-to-business e-commerce solutions
for the printing industry, and Keys Printing, a Consolidated Graphics,
Inc. (NYSE: CGX) company, today jointly announced that Noosh has
signed user agreements with eight major customers of Keys Printing.
Keys Printing is one of 14 Consolidated Graphics locations nation-wide
that are currently implementing the noosh.com service with their
customers.
This latest group of companies joining the noosh.com user base cross
multiple industries and include organizations of varying sizes,
both profit and non-profit. Three of Key's larger customers that
have signed user agreements include Dunlop Slazenger Group Americas,
Blue Cross/Blue Shield and Advantica (owner of Denny's restaurants).
Dunlop Slazenger Group Americas plans to use noosh.com for promotional
and docutech work for their golf and tennis brands. Blue Cross/Blue
Shield plans to use noosh.com for all docutech work out of its headquarters
in Columbia, South Carolina. Advantica will be using the noosh.com
service for marketing materials, docutech work and some menus.
Other Keys Printing customers among the eight that will begin implementing
the noosh.com service include valve company, Compact Air, and non-profit
organization, the American Leprosy Missions (ALM International).

and provide for exceptional customer service for Keys Printing and

The 14 Consolidated Graphics printers that are currently implementing
the noosh.com service are spread across the U.S. and include: Automated
Graphic Systems, Bridgetown Printing Co., CMI, Direct Color, Emerald
City Graphics/Heath Printers, Ironwood Lithographers, Keys Printing,
Metropolitan Printing Service, Multiple Images Printing, Inc., John
C. Otto, Lincoln Printing Corp., Paragraphics, Superior Colour Graphics
and Wetzel Brothers.
