industry, today announced the appointment of Edward E. Barr, Chairman
of Sun Chemical Group, B.V. and Kodak Polychrome Graphics, to the
Noosh Board of Directors.
Mr. Barr joins the Noosh board as the fifth member, along with Ofer
Ben-Shachar, Chairman and CEO, Noosh, Inc.; Steven Baloff, General
Partner, Advanced Technology Ventures; Kathy Levinson, President
and Chief Operating Officer of E*TRADE Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: EGRP);
and Arthur Patterson, General Partner, Accel Partners.

Prior to becoming Chairman, Mr. Barr was President and CEO of Sun
Chemical, a post he held for 11 years. Under Mr. Barr's direction
the company's sales grew from $600 million in 1987 to more than
$3 billion in 1997.
Mr. Barr is a member of the Board of Directors of Sun Chemical's
parent company, Dainippon Ink & Chemicals (DIC) of Tokyo, Japan,
where he is the only non-Japanese member of the DIC board. In addition,
he serves as Director of United Water Resources, Harrington Park,
New Jersey; Director of First Union Corporation, Charlotte, North
Carolina; and as a trustee of Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance
Company, Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
