Aetna Implements the Noosh, Inc. Communication Service to Simplify Print Management and Procurement Process

Collaborative print management system to be used by one of the nation's largest benefits and financial services providers

Palo Alto, CA - February 2, 2000 - Noosh, Inc., a leading Internet business-to-business communication service targeting the printing industry, today announced that it has entered into a user agreement with Aetna (NYSE: AET), a major provider of health, retirement and financial services benefits. The three-year agreement will enable Aetna to manage multiple print vendors, quick production cycles and complex print-buying requirements more efficiently. The noosh.com system also will enable Aetna to analyze trends in its print buying process and develop a community among its in-house print buyers, helping improve efficiencies and lower costs for the Fortune 100 company.

AetnaNoosh's business-to-business Internet communication service, noosh.com, is designed to dramatically improve the process of buying, selling and managing print by providing a collaborative environment where print buyers, printers, creative agencies, and others in the supply chain of vendors can work together efficiently. The noosh.com service, powered by Live JobsSM collaborative technology, provides a way to develop a standard and efficient information workflow utilizing one centralized database to store, retrieve and push information. Noosh.com helps users communicate more accurately and effectively with their internal and external customers throughout the whole print process-from conception to delivery.

"We are pleased to have Aetna join the list of prominent corporations using noosh.com," said Ofer Ben-Shachar, founder and CEO, Noosh, Inc. "I am confident that Noosh technology will have a powerful impact on Aetna's print operations. Traditional communication methods in printing are manual and paper-intensive, which makes them difficult for a decentralized company such as Aetna to employ effectively. Now, Aetna can reduce communications logjams through noosh.com, which will result in savings of time, money and frustration."
