Ofer Ben-Shachar
Chief Executive Officer

Ofer Ben-Shachar is the original founder and CEO of the company which, at its founding in 1998, had the same name as its award-winning technology, “Noosh.” He has continuously served on our Board of Directors since that time.


Ofer is a recognized innovator in the growth of Internet-based services. Under his leadership the company created a proven cross-enterprise collaboration technology, Noosh, which is now the most widely-used technology to buy and manage print with annual purchase transactions exceeding $800 million in the Americas, Europe, Asia and Africa.


Prior to NewlineNoosh, Ofer founded NetDynamics where he presided over the development, launch and successful deployment of the first Java application server product in 1996, a market which has since grown to over $6 billion in annual revenues. NetDynamics was acquired by Sun Microsystems in 1998.


Ofer has been awarded several patents, is frequently invited to lecture at Internet and software conferences and has published numerous articles. He earned a B.S. with Distinction in Mathematics and Computer Science from Hebrew University in Jerusalem and an M.S. in Computer Science from Washington State University.




Dave Hannebrink
Chief Operating Officer

Dave Hannebrink is a co-founder of NewlineNoosh and has held a number of executive positions in sales, marketing, operations and strategy formulation with the company. Earlier, he founded Covalent Systems (since acquired by EFI), the leading provider of enterprise software and production data collection systems for suppliers in the printing and electronic publishing industries. There he held the positions of VP of Sales and Marketing and CEO and achieved 35% market share with over 1200 customers in 15 countries.


Hannebrink started his career at Hewlett Packard, and served in marketing management positions at HP’s computer and software divisions. He has also worked as a consultant to early stage companies.


Dave holds a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University, an MS in Mechanical Engineering from MIT and an MBA from the University of Santa Clara.




Yossi David
Chief Financial Officer

Yossi David has two decades of professional and managerial experience in finance and business operations for leading high technology companies. Yossi joined NewLineNoosh as Director of Finance in 2000 from CheckPoint Software Technologies, where he served as Director of FP&A. Prior to that, Yossi held senior finance and operations positions at Intel Corporation, where he was responsible for the implementation of an enterprise-wide costing system.


Yossi also has served as a financial analyst at the Israeli Industry Center for Research and Development in Jerusalem.


Yossi holds an MBA in Finance and BA in Economics from Hebrew University in Jerusalem.




Lance Johnson
Director of Information Technology

Lance Johnson defines, develops and implements the information technology infrastructure roadmap for NewlineNoosh. With over fifteen years of internet and information technology experience, he leads technology infrastructure selection, supplier contract management, deployment and maintenance efforts to support Noosh, a highly reliant, resilient and scalable software-as-a-service for print procurement, as well as for all mission-critical corporate systems. Additionally, he has responsibility for creation and maintenance of corporate security, disaster recovery, and business continuity policies, ensuring that the company meets the requirements of our large enterprise clients.


Before joining NewlineNoosh in 1999, he worked with many of the world’s leading internet and information technology companies such as Cisco Systems, Nortel Networks, Sun Microsystems, Lucent, and AT&T.


Lance holds a degree in Computer Science from UC Davis.




Mark Tiedens
Vice President of Marketing and Customer Operations

Mark Tiedens has been a part of the NewlineNoosh team since early 2003 and has helped refine corporate and product strategies, including the SaaS delivery model, the introduction of the Direct Mail and Print Outsourcer software solutions.


Prior to joining NewlineNoosh, Mark held product and marketing directorships at Alventive, a collaborative design software company, and PTC, a leading Product Lifecycle Management software company. Mark started his career at Detroit Diesel Corporation, where he managed the company’s largest OEM channel relationship.


Mark earned an MBA from the University of Michigan and a BA in History and German Literature from Lawrence University.
